This machine is mostly used for sponge flocks that come from sponge crushing machine blown into mixing drum of sponge Re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive, the mixture is dropped down into a standard down into a standard size mold L2m×W1.55m×H1.2m. where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded sponge. The new developed automatic re-bonding machine with a steam can produce sponge 5 times as fast as form one.
